You guys have been very helpful in the past. I had a previous thread about campgrounds and we chose The Creeks Golf and RV Resort in Cave Springs arriving Thursday. Looks really nice and not too far from Fayetteville.
We just traded the 5th wheel for a MH. The 5th wheel was roomier, but a lot harder to deal with. We opted to stay in a full service campground instead of trying to dry camp.
Are there shuttles to the stadium from outlying areas? I do not think there was when we were there in 2010.
Looking forward to the visit. We have a brutal stretch coming up.

Road Hog RV Park is across the street from the Baum Stadium (baseball) shuttles on game day.

Road Hog Park is just south of Baum. Shuttles to stadium from Baum Parking lots. That's your best bet.

I would try and call ahead for Road Hog Park. One section is pass holders and another section is for non pass holder, iirc

I was wondering if they maybe had something from a mall or something like that.
Husband doesn't do football....dog sits LOL. Daughter and I go to the games.
Don't think time has been announced.
Yeah tried to get into the one near the stadium and it was full. Since we are coming in Thursday, could probably have dry camped since we now have MH, but prefer hook ups.
Looking forward. The area is beautiful and am hoping leaves will be changing.

It may be a few weeks early for leaves, but you never know

Since you will be staying close to the NWA Airport, I'll put the transportation link HERE as you may want to check with them about shuttles and with two of you a rental car may be your best bet if you want to go that route. I'm assuming you'll want to keep the motorhome relatively close to where you are staying. When I went to school there some of the people with motorhomes arrived a few days before the game (what a life!) and stayed in a grass field (if you were a student you'd be ticketed for parking on the grass) just North of the stadium within 100 yards of it but things have changed just a little bit since then.

You may have already considered it and I don't know what kind of motorhome and/or budget you have but if you can swing it, and I'm not just talking about this game of course, towing your own vehicle is the way to go. I haven't owned a motorhome myself but have traveled with extended family that did and nothing beats the convenience of having your own vehicle to get around in the places you visit.

We do tow a vehicle, I just like to avoid the hassle of traffic if possible. In T-town you can park downtown and take a trolley and there are buses that pick up in other areas. When we go to Knee Land we stay in Pigeon Forge and take a bus to Knoxville.

Thought about staying on campus, but last time we came it rained a lot on Friday and that area looked pretty water logged.

Hog fans were really nice and we enjoyed the last trip. We stayed at a gorgeous state park, but it was a bit far. The Creeks looks nice and Cave Springs interesting.

I really appreciate all the suggestions!

I gotcha. Traffic and parking can be a hassle and it's nice to be able to be dropped off right at the stadium--I usually am the designated drop off person for my crew. And then I get to walk a little after I park.

They really do need a light rail system for NWA and that was brought up in another thread. The area is big enough with its growth and spread out enough that it could really use one. When I'm traveling to places that have them I've found that's a great and cheap way to go.
