His influence was Sam Kinison who I am pretty sure was not black. he just screamed all the time.

What the hell does Sam Kinison being white have to do with Ralphie May copying the style of black comedians?

My favorite Ralphie May bit is him retelling when he first met a Mexican and when Mexicans first came to Arkansas and his grandpa hired them to haul hay.

Small price to pay for the linemen it produces in the fall.

Ralphie May said his dad was a walk on. Anybody know what year and position?

Jason Dufner, Jonathan Papelbon, Charlie Daniels, Melissa Joan Hart, and Ashley Judd aren't exactly a lineup of heavy hitters

Wut?

Ashley has made the PEOPLE most beautiful lists several times and pretty sure everybody can sing at least 1 CDB song.

Are you kidding? Go ask the first person you see to name you an Ashley Judd movie from the last decade.

Is Melissa Joan Hart a huge star because she had two popular tween shows during the Clinton administration?

Ashley Judd and Charlie Daniels are still A list folks.

Lots of folks still have pull long after their primary success is behind them. Herschel Walker has not carried a football in decades but folks still know who he is.

Pretty sure nobody ever called her an A list star in the first place

The fact that you're clinging to this tells me you've got to be over 50.

Please tell me you're not conflating entertainers with arguably the greatest college football player of all time.

But according to your "if someone is famous they're always famous" premise, she is.

I never stated that. I observed that there were levels and some folks are on the higher ones.

It s not me clinging to this it is going to parties and seeing the pecking order. It is seeing who gets their phone calls returned first. It is knowing that the system does not change with age for the upper level folks.
