on a scale of 1 to 10 i give it a solid 8.5 with the potential to be a 9.5 considering the staff he brings in

if he brings some kick arse recruiter or 2 in along wtih a good QB coach, this is a grand slam

I'll go with a tentative Yea.

More so that the circus that started last April can finally be put behind us.

As others have stated if he brings in the right staff and can recruit regionally and nationally we will all be proud of the hire.

He needs a good staff but I think he gives us a better chance to win than most of the other names mentioned besides Petersen or Patterson.
