Exactly. I was at 26th and Park for awhile. But I like it up here so much more.

plus i like the park to run, so that's key, if they ever get the 2nd ave subway done, that'll be the place to live, that train through there is sooo ridiculously crowded sometimes.

Yep. And I think York Ave will explode in popularity once it's that close to a Subway.

UES is where I work. Don't know that part of it too well though. I am looking into moving into the 70s when my current lease is up.
