Well the snow has begun to fall here in brooklyn. How is the arkansas blizzard of 2016 coming along down there or did Pioneer ruin everyones snow angels so far?

Don't leave us pioneer I don't know what the rest of the board would bitch about if they got snow days off work and our basketball team went on a winning streak. Well actually they'd probably just bitch about recruiting but I much prefer a little kind hearted picking on pioneer. We need you.

Barely yet flurries. Doesnt cover half of windshield. Power goes out in batesville for 7 hours.

There was just enough moisture to form a few icy patches on the roads. We lost traction going across the bridge on 630 near ACH. Fortunately there was no one near us, but we saw 3 cars at the end of the bridge who weren't so lucky.

Left to drop gf off at work at 830. Turned around at 930, didnt even make it to 430 and 30 and 630 were worse.
Glad youre okay but i mean it was a couple patches. Worst traffic ive seen in a long time.
Left again at 11 and traffic cleared up.

I saw those cars on my way to work this morning. There was another wreck on the 630/30N interchange as well. I took 30S and saw another big wreck right by the airport turnoff. Turned around and went home.

Reading this thread reminds me how much I used to hate dealing with arkansas drivers when it gets cold.

I'd like to point out that I was NOT driving! Hubs forgot that that was a bridge there and took it on the inside lane going a bit too fast for the conditions! We just slid a bit into the middle lane. Hurray for AWD!
