Do it. It's not hard and with a clean record, you can have it in 60 days or so. I have had mine awhile but still need a little practice. I can shoot at someone and probably hurt them enough though.

Signed up a few days ago for classes along with 25 other realtors in my home town. Today I got a call from a gentlemen to show a vacant property. I explained to him my new policy to meet at my office and take a picture of his drivers license . He was happy to do that as would any liget buyer. But to be honest I'm still a little mervious Wish I had mase or something. Anyway everyone and their dog knows the property I'm showing and what time.
That picture rips my heart out!!!!! Praying for Gods peace and comfort for this family.... Such a tough up hill road for them all !!

Good for you! IMO, anyone unwilling to provide personal information isn't worth dealing with.
