Pete, that's the point man.. It doesn't matter at this point. The season is going to be what its going to be regardless. So why not enjoy what he brings to the table and troll away!

Id this keeps us, he either wins and this becomes glorious, or he loses and he gets himself canned quicker for his mouth.

I don't mind him running his mouth. It's counterintuitive to me but most recruits don't seem to mind. In fact, it supports the old adage that any press is good press.

Logically, if I were a recruit and a coach was running his mouth and not winning games I'd never go there. But the vast majority of people are easily manipulated. Case in point:

A couple years ago Miley Cyrus made the biggest arse of herself at the VMAs. Everyone swore her off forever...until the wrecking ball video came out.

The recruits just see us in the news constantly. The only ones that hate Bielema are other teams' coaches and fans. People have such short term memories. I mean even Louisville hired Petrino (again) and kids are lining up to play for the guy

Who the frick cares what the wanna be journalists, or any journalists, think about how we handle business here. frick all of them. This isn't a popularity contest. Games are won on the field. If you think what he says in press conferences has any effect on the games played on the field, you're delusional. I'm not degrading anyone, but I'm not feeling sorry for myself either. I've always said folks would be surprised to see who lurks this board. It's always humorous to see a poster from a different fanbase RA something on this board and then turn around on the Rant and claim they don't care about Arkansas or read this board. That's happened more than once and always makes me laugh.
