She says she wants to be with you but is afraid of getting hurt because she wants to break up with you but doesn't want to hurt your feelings, so she's giving you the old "it's not you, it's me" line. You need to accept that she doesn't want a relationship with you and move on. And it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you--she's moving across the country to go to college and it makes perfect sense for her to end the relationship for that reason. She's being realistic about the potential for your relationship to continue. It's probably not going to work out and she knows that.

She's moving to AZ and if you try to hold on to her, you're just going to get hurt more. You shouldn't ask her to stay, and you definitely shouldn't uproot yourself to chase her to AZ.
