But as you pointed out we lost 6 guys, yes doesn't happen often, but he had to know those guys could all potentially leave after the season. One would assume, logically, he would bring in more than 2 guys. One of which was going to be ineligible last year anyway (Thomas). Looks as if he just didn't try or took the year off recruiting

All of them? No one saw Nick Babb transferring. Few people expected Qualls to leave. No one expected Jacorey Williams to get arrested and transfer. You're remembering history incorrectly.

There was still a thought that Qualls could go pro and part of recruiting is keeping current players. So it's partially on Mike that Qualls and Babb left, then no back up plan.

Everyone on here knew Qualls was going to leave so I assume MA knew or should have known.

And you're not focusing on what's important here. Doesn't matter that MA may or may not have had a head's up that Babb was going to transfer,
the issue is why did he want to transfer?
It's the coach's job to recruit players that fit his system and that don't change their mind about playing for him after one year.

Williams, again it's the coach's responsibility to coach up his players to be law abiding citizens.

This excuse is the same and just as ludicrous as saying it's not CBB's fault he lost those two second half leads because he couldn't have foreseen it.

I would like to gauge Razorbronk's take on this...

Has he heard anything new, etc.

I am still hearing that MA is going to be here next year regardless if he makes the ncaa or not.

There were certain agreements in place when he came regarding time allotment, recruiting, etc. He is meeting those goals. If he leaves, it would be as much him agreeing to a buyout and it would be significantly more than most think.

I hope this team gets it together for the next few games. I personally would like to see MA have the next two recruiting classes under his direction. But again, I reserve the ability to change my mind at any second..

Mike has 2 years no matter what.

Until the season ticket sales drop below 8-9K Jeff is all in.

Mike has 2 recruiting classes coming in. As long as they don't decommit Mike is good.

If Mike somehow doesn't make the Tourney this year, then it's next year

Fire or remove some coaches get's him another year or two.

Wash, rinse and repeat

We can go 3-3 and win one in the SEC tournament and we're good.
