RWIII stats LINK. You may recall he had a 100 yard rushing game at Tennessee with 14 carries averaging 7.1 YPC. The TN and UTEP games early on are the only ones in which he had a substantial number of carries. Assuming he is well I think he can consistently duplicate his TN type of performance game in and game out next season.

I also agree Walker should be solid at RB as he really came on strong at the end of the year and was impressive.

Outside of those two we'll have to wait and see how things develop.

It's easy to forget that Kody was on the team when we played K-State in the Cotton Bowl and had 5 TD's that year. He played with guys like Dennis Johnson, Joe Adams, Jarius Wright and Alvin Bailey and is still here possibly in year four of Bielema. That really seems like ages ago.

90% of the time when people are lookig for incoming freshman to pick up the slack, it's done so by someone who is already on the team.

This year when Williams went down we thought RW3 had to be our 2nd string when in reality it was walker stepping up

it wasn't a year ago we were hoping for a JUCO QB because allen was obviously not the answer at QB

I'll take my chances with upperclassmen that have been in the program.

I think RW3 would've been getting the majority of the #2 carries by the end of the season had he been healthy

I expect some issues with the offense. It's easier to replace a running back, even a great one, than a QB. I won't melt if the offense is lacking some next year. But the defense is a different story. There will be no excuses for the hot garbage we saw on the field this year. Make whatever excuses you may, but if when we can't stop one damn drive by TT, MSU or really ole miss. That says a lot. We depend on the other teams dropping passes(wide open), freak interceptions, fumbles and other gifts. Or having a boneheaded OC that just runs up the middle ineffectual and then tries to pass with an inept QB. The job Robb smith did this year was less than stellar. And hopefully we'll shore up special teams and work on our early season conditioning. Just from looking from afar, it seems to take five or six games for us to play our way into game shape. Every year.
