If Sam got fired tonight I wouldn't care. Love the man to death but he's not the guy we need anymore.

Some things are better. Some things are worse. In the end the team just isn't coached well enough to win games. Maybe a QB that can process the field a bit quicker could help some things on offense, but the way the whole team operates during a game isn't good enough. You can FEEL them let off when they get up. The intensity completely dies and you get games like this where it never comes back. That's on the culture. That's on the coach. Penalties. Coach. Year 4. Not good enough. Let me have it. I don't care anymore.

We will still probably make a bowl game and do ok as the year goes on. We will get better. However we will always be about like this. Sam doesnt have that miller instinct. He doesn't want to beat them bad. He wants to win. Some weeks that'll be good enough some week it's like this..... Sam is nutt with better coaching contacts.....

I'm still apathetic from the Chad Morris Era. I've just given up on ever hoping for football to be great.

I’m done with Sam, too.

Too many times where we’ve overlooked or disrespected opponents.

Too much “aww shucks” and “2-0 is still damn 2-0” instead of getting into asses and demanding excellence.

Nutt levels of inconsistency and playing up or down to opponents.

Lazy coordinator hires and unwilling to hold staff accountable.

Covering up for bad play calling.

Year 4 and his area of specialty is our worst position group.

Continually hemorrhaging players to the portal.

I appreciate him pulling us out of the shitter and making us respectable now, but it’s time for him to go to the lake and for us to bring in someone else.

I don’t need. Great I’d settle for above average. We haven’t won 9 regular season games since I was in high school over 10 years ago.

I don't really see 4 more W's, but I could be wrong I suppose.

I’ve been here too. Which sucks because we have everything but a competent line.

If Cody Kennedy is employed next season pittman is incompetent to serve as HC. Inexcusable for that unit to be this bad

I just want to win the games that we should win.

Win most of the coin flips.

And not look lost in the games, we shouldn’t.

Oh he does have that. He’ll probably be on the water having a few without a care in the world because we got duped into giving him a contract he didn’t earn.

I mean, losing to Liberty at home, then beating the shite out of a ranked Ole Miss team, then losing to a bad Mizzou team the next week is positively Nutt-esque in terms of inconsistency.

I think he is just using the sarcasm of what we’ve been told all week.

We are really a pretty low expectation fanbase. I think I match up with that.

We aren't meeting those expectations, and that frustrates me. Sure would be nice to get another lightning in a bottle like what we had with BMFP.

Would be nice, as long as we realize that candle will burn down the house without supervision.

Week 3 with a lot of week 1 mistakes. Poor coaching every phase.

That's what pisses me off. Just beat BYU at home. You have more talent. You have more money. You have more support. You literally just beat them at their place the year prior. You had a glorified pre-season for two weeks leading up to the game. Just take care of business.

Why can't even the most basic expectations be met? These things are not unreasonable.

My issue is the O-line. This dude used to be an O-Line whisperer. This line is the worst line we've had in a long, long time. Sam needs to take ownership of that line.

It’s not just the OL. Our directional school receivers can’t get open either.
