Included in other Operation Pilluted cases was the indictment announcement of a large scale oxycodone distribution from a residence on Grant Street in Little Rock. The DEA investigation resulted in the indictment of 33 distributors, including former Arkansas Razorback running back Cedric Cobbs.

Pretty sad. Free education, goodwill around the entire state....all you had to do was avoid being a complete piece of shite.

Old news.
How he was getting his supply, he had to know he was going to get caught when the charges would really amount to something.
Should have stuck to slinging weed, x, and parking cars.

I knew Cedric for a couple of years. After being around him a bit, I truly believe he has a personality disorder or inability to handle stress like normal people and the weed helped him cope. I also believe Nutt did him dirty with his injuries etc and he was in Nutt's dog house. He was so stressed that he wasn't able to like up to the hype of so many folks.
I hate that he has gotten involved in this crap. Always liked Cedric

I won't mock the guy. He just never could get his life on track and that is a shame.

I've said this before, but Cobbs is the most overrated player in Razorback history. Only ran for 1,000 yards once in his 5 years here, and he was backing up guys like De'Arrius Howard.

Wouldn't surprise me, because although I never knew him personally, he always seemed like a nice guy. Regardless of good he was at Arkansas, he picked us over a lot of other great offers and I'll never forget that.

What's our in-state recruiting sales pitch again, I forget?
Oh yeah, sign with the Razorbacks where you will be taken care of during and after college.
I guess we're saying some rich individuals or companies in state tried to help him in the past but he was beyond helping?
Doesn't help our program or our recruiting when our 4th leading rusher in history is a complete failure as a man.

I'm sure he did have offers and opportunities, but who knows why some people do what they do? Joshua Melton is another one I don't understand.
