Well we are are getting what nolan wanted.Our program finally bowed to him and his antiquated system and here we are.
Maybe,once this runs it's course,we can get back to playing basketball again...
I like Mike Anderson and I want him to be successful,but this style of ball is hit or miss unless the roster is loaded two deep.
I would like to see him stay to get this next class in and see if he can make a run and bring in more Arkansas talent.If it don't pan out then,it's time to cut ties.
Our program has proven it is capable of being an nccaa tourney team since the Eddie Sutton days.No reason it shouldn't be now.

This. We will make the tourney and the next few years look good as well with the classes he has lined up. Everyone knows Mike is a bit hard headed and plays a certain way and will rarely make adjustments. The constant bitching about things over and over is getting old.

I thought the OSU game was one of those games that every team runs into 2-3 times a season where the opponent is just unconscious and playing way over their heads.
We also came out flat, but I was encouraged that Mike got away from the press when it was obvious even to him that it was a miserable failure. Not sure he would have done it had we not been 28 points down though (?)
Once he made that elemental change, we stayed with OSU after that, even though they continued to drain 24 ft 3 pointers.

Mike Anderson is a super nice guy. Wonderful man.

There is no reason that we're not averaging 18000 at every home game and getting a top 6 seed in the NCAA annually. We're not Kentucky...but we WERE Arkansas at one time.
Now...well...we're Oklahoma State's bitch.
Our programs progress (or lack thereof) and the inability to get kids to even TRY to block out, rebound or run an offense (we actually don't really have an offense)...says that it is time to try something else.
