BA finished the game the way we've always known he was capable of performing.

That is why it's been frustrating for him and fans.

Will be one of the alt time greatest wins in Razorback history.

Sure hope he can use this as a springboard to finish the season strong.

Saw this on Facebook- don't think it's been posted on here..

In the 4th quarter & 4 OTs, Brandon Allen was 10-14 for 102 yards, 2 TDs & had a 1st down running & receiving. Clutch.

Brandon Allen has proven himself. During the 2013 season, I never would have thought that he would be the quarterback he is today. Here's to Brandon Allen...

I've always said we're gonna miss Brandon Allen. He's struggled with being clutch, but his consistency is something we'll miss if the next guy doesn't pan out.

Seriously. Someone burnt the dude's truck to the ground. I feel like people tend to sort of forget this little bump in the road for him. He's been a good sport and a baller for this team, no doubt about it.

Edit: Oh, and I forgot. He goes 0–9 in one-possession games. Says on the media that he's done being close, then goes 2–0 in the following two one possession games.

Out of genuine curiosity, what do you think he should have done last game to improve his performance from "alright" to "won this game for us"? It may have been the first time he's ever come through in the clutch for us like that, and his clutch moment wasn't a hail mary or a single play. He played solidly for a substantial number of drives when he needed to.

Of course, everyone else also stepped up their game, so I understand if you don't want to give him ALL the credit. But I think saying he was run-of-the-mill is understating him by a large amount.

Outside of the pick in the red zone when we could've gone up 17-0, he was everything you'd want out of a QB today.

If he hadn't thrown that interception, it probably wouldn't have been a game. Other then that, he was great. He'd be a great QB, if it just didn't take him so long to get going.

Meh, that int was on 3rd down and its ball placement was deep in their territory, and the defense still proceeded to give up a 96 yard drive to make it uncomfortable at halftime.

Of all the boneheaded picks BA has thrown in his career, I'd put that one pretty low on the list.

BA isn't a perfect QB but he's one tough son of a bitch. Reminds me a lot of Tyler Wilson. Gutty performance on Saturday by him.

BA ain't the problem with the hogs. Injuries and some quality in some positions is what's killing them.

I was preparing to blame him for a loss after yet another red zone turnover, but he played out of his mind in the OT's.

Dude what?

And yes he was good, the passes to Sprinkle and Morgan were money. He needs to continue to do what we know he is capable of down the stretch and get us to a bowl.

Glad he finally came through.

I agree with you. If Allen had not have stepped up and actually tried, we would have lost that game horribly. Shoutout to Morgan for his amazing performance, and Sprinkle for the catch that won the game- even though that play gets almost no coverage.
