Literally though, they looked worse than us last year. They couldn't tackle, they couldn't cover, they're out of shape, they couldn't block, they couldn't run the ball, etc.

South Carolina looked awful and I agree that their secondary looked worse than our secondary last year. And that's saying a lot.

A&M apparently has a decent QB and receivers. Their defense still has some weak areas but nothing compared to what I witnessed with South Carolina. And you're right...SC couldn't even run the ball against A&M. Spurrier either needs to make a lot of drastic changes...and fast, or it's going to be one of the longest seasons he's ever had.

This was something that stood out to me. They couldn't get any sort of a push on A&M's defensive line, and Mike Davis looked weak sauce.

Granted, they were down the entire game and getting blown out for most of it, but 6 carries for 15 yards is ridiculous.

SC was a 10.5 point favorite and lost by 24...maybe there is hope for the lowly Hog fan.

No doubt. Overall, SC ran the ball 22 times for a grand total of 67 yards.
