4-3 AP message board
Lost to ft.wayne by 4 103-99
The most successful coach in Austin Peay and Ohio Valley Conference history, Dave Loos capped his 26th season at Austin Peay and 30th as a head coach with his fourth Ohio Valley Conference Tournament Championship.
Not a very big team. One player from japan.
Out of the 13 players on the team, only 4 players are 6'6 or taller.

They are awful at rebounding which is a great sign for us

Even Austin Peay complains about attendance.
[quote]Something needs to be done. I know this has become an ongoing issue but this city is big enough to have 3-4K people at the games. It's a damn shame when we're twice the size of Murray yet they can fill half their place up for an exhibition game. What needs to be done? The advertising is there, Peay does a good job with social media, what do we need to get people to come to games? And don't tell me winning. We just won the OVC Tourney 7 months ago and took social media by storm for a few days after the tourney and they're off to a good start so far this season. Wednesday would be a good start. A very good IPFW team that just beat the #3 team in the nation last week is coming into the Dunn. A very good crowd that can get behind this team would really help this team get what would be a very good win for the team and RPI wise too. Let's get some ideas and if we have too, take it the AD. Clarksville is too big for us to only have a 1K people or less show up for a basketball game. Read more: LINK ]

Looking forward to tonight's game. The way top teams have fallen to upsets this year I'll take our record. Minnesota loss sucked but such is life.
I think Kingsley has a big night tonight - seems like MA got his head right and AP does not match up well at all in the post.
I think our smaller guards (Beard / Hannahs) will have trouble but Barford shuold dominate and Jones should score well off the bench.
My prediction - Hogs win 88 - 78. Kingsley with 20 - 12, Barford with 18, Jones with 12.

Yeah I think Kingsley was being a little timid,, wasn't playing 100 percent all the time and was just relying on his size instead of actively attempting to make plays. He can be great if he's more assertive instead of being passive.

I think it's more just the amount of scoring options at guards. The games I've seen, we get down the court quicker and have guys confident in shooting the ball. Last year outside of Hannahs there was no other scorer so Kinglsey got a lot more touches in the paint.

I was excited to watch this game only to learn it's only available on espn3. frick it nevermind.
Im not seeing the benefit of having our own network if we are 6 games into rhe new season and only been on tv one time. We already had a deal with espn to show all sec football games all they have done is make watching basketball impossible bring back channel 7 lol
This is why there is dis interest..our schedule is soft to the point we aren't worth showing on tv no one knows when we are playing who

There are many other ways to watch ESPN3 or SECN+ besides on a pc.
One way, is on your tv. I find the tv the best way to watch ESPN3 or SECN+, but that's just me.
