I’ve been a Razorback fan my entire life, and I’m used to heartbreak, but have always felt like we at least have a chance when we suit up. This is terrible. We have Alabama and Auburn coming up and if SC can whip us like a jv team, it’s unsettling what is to come.

Bert can’t recruit for the SEC. Can’t coach for the SEC. We have him for another year at least. What’s the future of our program looking like?

Any positives to come? What realistic goals can we still accomplish this season?

We'll be outscored by 150 points in the next two games.

Yes and yes and we get to chalk one up for Blowout Bert as it's never too early in the season to get blown out.

Bama and Aubun game will be like watching a corpse get gang raped.

I MAY watch the Auburn game, at least until it gets out of hand (at this point I'm assuming it will but knowing a CBB team we're bound to look like world-beaters in some random game), but I definitely won't watch us get absolutely murdered by Bama. That'll probably be one I just check the final box score and shake my head at.

Bright side is no way Bert makes a bowl game. So no excuse to keep the fat bastard.

Someone, somewhere, the fbi, the ncaa, someone needs to keep Nick Saban from murdering Austin Allen next week. I'm kind of worried about it and think I should inform somebody.

We'll probably still make a bowl. Independence most likely.

We still play Ole Miss, Coastal Carolina, and Missouri. That SHOULD be three more wins, which would get us to 5. Then we just need to beat LSU or Mississippi State which doesn't seem that far fetched . 6-6 is my prediction right now.

I see you are still holding out hope. I see no possible way we beat lsu or Mississippi State especially with the way Mullin has owned bert in the past. I would be more surprised if we beat lsu or missippi state than if we lost to ole miss or mizzou

I hear ya but State isn't that good and it's at home.

I'm not pumping sunshine and I wish Bielema would resign but I still think we make a bowl. Hard not to nowadays with all the throwaway games.

Hoping for Shreveport because I like to gamble.

We haven't had any semblance of a home field advantage under Bert. Whatsoever. Hell, I'd argue his two biggest wins as our head coach have been on the road (LSU '15, OM '15).

Also, Mullen owns Bert and we're terrible. Fitzgerald was shut down by elite defenses in Georgia and Auburn, and our defense is a five alarm dumpster fire. He'll look like the second coming of Cam Newton.

I wouldn't count either Ole Miss or Mizzou as gimmes. Both have decent to good offenses that will spread us out and probably score frequently.

After losing to Mizzou last year, I wouldn't put anything past Bert.

Eh, the games have been close and we beat them with Fitzgerald on the road last year. I'm not counting State as an automatic loss. Like I said, they aren't that good, and the only reason anyone thought they were good was due to their game against LSU. That win has been proven to be fool's gold.

Austin Allens attitude isn't helping anything. The oline is bad, but you can't sit back there all day either.

Cant wait until this Allen project is over. We've been stuck with them since Petrino kept Bobby on staff.

We pay Bobby Allen assistant coach money and he literally does NOTHING except walk around during practice. Petrino kept him because of Brandon. Bielema kept him because of Austin. The Allens have been holding this program hostage for years. "Better not lay off Bobby or else his sons will leave and they're the only people in the state who know how to play quarterback."

Cole Kelley is obviously a better quarterback than Austin Allen but we stick with Austin because of this stupid loyalty. And what do we have to show for it? A Texas Bowl win over Charlie fricking Strong?

Brandon was 15x the qb Austin is. Brandon in 2015 had the best single season of any arkansas qb ever, and still has a top 10 all time single season qbr, but please keep saying Bobby held us hostage to Brandon.

Brandon had one of the best PA motions I've seen. Austin's looks like shite and ain't foolin no one.
