He lost me when he lobbied for a big contract and did the old “I ain’t leaving, their gonna have to fire me line”.
It’s time for a change

Nope….final mail for me was when he walked out there and was cordial with Jimbo after they tried to score up 14 with 4 seconds left.
Either ignore him….punch him….or slap his hand away like Petrino did Mikes.
He’s a very nice man. Therein lies the problem.

Have never and will never be in that guys camp. Thought mostly he would have been fine get some good recruits, but he did that and drove us right back into the ground and asked for more money to do it.

Sure, I am here...
I battled for coach a bit, thought it was ridiculous to go after his weight, looks, etc as grade school children, thought he has done his job getting us to be better than Hell...
Sure, I am not a puss and will stay involved on this board regardless... And Sure, I am no longer on the wagon. I honestly do not see how he can save his job, or even if he wants too. With the improvement last week in a loss at LSU, today has no excuse whatsoever. And I do not blame Enos, or the other Coordinators, or even the freaking Oline coach who should have never been hired. There is only one place the blame lies.
Pittman. Although, I still cringe with the fat jokes, tit jokes... Because none of you would give a damn what the man looks like if we were 4/0 ... Hypocritical to say the least. I would definitely trade coaches with brad pitt looks for Mangino results.. You?

Ohhh, BTW... If Pittman is here next season without some major, and I mean major improvements. Meaning winning at Bama/Ole Miss, etc...
then the blame goes from Pittman to one other person.. Hey "Hunter" come on down....
He found excellent hires in other areas, now is the real test. It is time...

I don't understand the personal attacks. There is too much on the field material to work with to even go that low.

I'm not gonna sit on here and yell and scream that he needs to be fired all day, but I've definitely come around to the fact that he's taken us as far as he can and we've stalled out. I'm not going to be angry, bitter, or talk bad about the man himself like some will - but I won't defend his coaching either.
I'm just going to let it play out without getting too worked up in either direction. I'm sure both Yurachek and Pittman know what's coming, barring some miraculous turnaround. Me getting angry and negative is not going to change anything.
My biggest disappointment personally is that all 3 games we've lost have been winnable, had we played even remotely decent, fundamentally sound, and disciplined football. A decent hard arse coach would have us sitting at 4-1 right now at the very worst, with the rest of the SEC looking very down and beatable - which gives me a sick feeling in my stomach.

We hire a bunch of new coaches and fans expect smooth sailing in the SEC

I sat through every minute of the San Jose State game until the moment Chad walked off the field. Impatient is not the word for my fandom. It doesn’t take a football savant to see that this is a failed experiment. Sam took a gamble on trying to drastically change the offense and it massively failed. It’s time to accept that Sam is the bridge hire that we all called this four years ago and now go out and get someone that can light up the scoreboard.

A new offensive scheme with a bad offensive line is not a recipe for success
My opinion is our offensive line woes are a combination of subpar talent, with subpar coaching, learning a new system

Nah I'm good lol. Me and Pittman will always have the first half of the BYU game

He was nothing more than a fourth or a fifth year head coach and fans would get tired of him.

let's start a consortium.. Purchase season tix, etc. Put them on stubhub for 40% above face value...
Take the Profit, head to the beach and laugh at the Kook-Aide drinkers? Thoughts?
Joking.... maybe....

This is pretty spot on. Solid post. Left out the part that they ran off his successful coaches before this.

explain this part please? Briles was good, not great but better than many. He lifted his skirt at every opening available... Even Mississippi State, really... Yep.. .MSU, Cowbell, And as the HC after getting him a raise two years in a row...
He lifted it again. Can't keep being done that way over and over with mediocre seasons. Odom was terrible period. I like our current defense better personally!

Should we have given Chad more time?

Pittman has taken us to a few bowls, but people are comparing him to Chad. Our fans are morons.
Our fans also said we should’ve hired Deion and Pete Golding. Mr 3-2 & LSU is tearing the ole miss D apart
