The current helmets have only been used since 2002.

Glossy to mat, 90s chicano fade job added to the back by Petrino.

Shows decal used in 1958.

Two Decades ago:

Three Decades ago:

Four Decades ago:

Five Decades ago:

But Nike is the first to make changes to the jersey, starting this year.

Your definition of "traditional" doesn't match history's definition of "traditional".

When did I state my definition of 'traditional'?

I said I think the solid colors of red and white with a Hog are a "classic" look. That's what I'd like us to get back to. I know Arkansas athletics have a problem sticking with anything. Old news

I didn't know OU used a hog. Sorry we have similar colors to OU. You're just gonna have to get over that.

Good luck..

hawgfaninc & DaleDenton think the DMac era jerseys resemble OU & the older ones resemble Bama

So you want to use the same nike template that OU and Bama uses.

Sounds original.

I think Dale and hawgfaninc are scared of making Bammers or Sooners mad if we have a simple look of red and white... oh noez

Nope. I'd rather be done with Nike. They've given us a shitty look IMO.

Who else uses cardinal red with a hog? These days having a simple clean traditional look would be very original

Haven't you said yourself that they stole elements of our looks thru the years? Why are you so scared of them?

eta: it's just reclaiming our good looks through the years. I know it's hard to say we have one "traditional" look. I'd rather we used the good looks though.

I'd prefer Under Armour, but their shoes aren't up to par yet.

I do like the new uniforms though

Through out our history the jerseys either resembled Bama for the most part then a small bit of OU but never was just Arkansas

Aka nothing will be "traditional"

So I guess you are unaware of who supplies jerseys to OU and Bama.

I'm and not surprised by this.

Why not Reebok?

There are more sports than football, UA isn't a brand you want for any of them.
