I've been using the Lenovo Thinkpad X230T for about a year and a half now for school. Definitely agree with everyone else in that Lenovo is a solid company.

Do not buy anything Apple. Despite what everyone who tries to legitimize their Mac purchase tells you, it's not worth the money, especially when you can get a PC from Walmart for under $300.
People who buy Macs and then to say they did it for quality reasons are the same people who tell you they just bought their Benz/BMW/Audi "because it's a safe car."
