Modeling isn't a sport, but since it's a "reality" tv competition, I thought I'd post it here. Lacey Rogers, from El Dorado, is doing great on the show & still in the running. Obviously, the show is done, and even though I went to school with her mom from the sixth grade & graduated high school with her (not in El Dorado), she won't spill the beans about whether her daughter won the competition or not. Either way, Lacey is still in Cali, modeling & attending college, so evidently, the show was a success for her. GO LACEY!!

She's gorgeous! I hate to admit this but I've dvr'ed ANTM for years now- I've skipped some seasons but I do watch some. Don't judge! Smize everyone smize.

I still watch a little ANTM as well, particularly this season. ... Yes, Lacey is beautiful & reps SEARKY well.

My wife DVR's them as well.
We argue about her ANTM episodes and my Razorback games eating up all the DVR space.
Of course the Razorback games are the ones that get protected!

Lol, yes, she is, wmr. ... I'm glad someone with basic beauty like Lacey, instead of ppl with that strange "model look" that used to be so popular, is going so far in the competition.

pretty good looking face, but I'm just getting really... just kinda T.O.'d because... I mean she hasn't even sent me a full body shot yet.

lol, if you were trying to copy the url straight from Google images that might be the reason you have that mountain of characters. You'll need to click "view image" and it will take you to a page that has that image then you can right click and copy the url.

good stuff here at the bottom of the thread
anyway, i zipped through an episode and a half last night and lacey is really really good- as in her posing etc already from day one. i hope that doesn't hurt her down the line when the ones that look like dweebs at first improve and get better- they seem to like those that they 'develop' sometimes more than those born with it.
and missy made a good point, they also like the alien looking ones better than the easy pretty.
only other comment i'll make and it's going to come out mean but i don't really mean it that way but that girl courtney and her teeth- oh bless her heart. she does take good pics but dang those things desperately need some work.

... I've been super busy trying you get moved, getting crap straightened out, raising a teenager, etc. etc. etc. - just life in general. Good to see y'all tho!! I gotta be here for Hog football, if only for a few weeks. ... I haven't watched the show, admittedly, in a few seasons, but when my friend from school told us her daughter had made it on the show, I've watched a little of it, particularly toward the end. I'm more impressed with how mature & poised Lacey is/was as a senior in high school. And now since the show has ended, she's got her own apt. out there & is working & going to school. She's a really level headed girl - keeps her eyes on the prize & knows what's important. Her mom did a great job raising her & her sister ; really proud of my friend & her girls from SEARKY.
