except that Collins has one thing the others didn't..
Durability.
That and NFL and College is a different animal altogether.
I mean Jason Peters, an NFL Hall of Fame caliber lineman, was a tight end for our teams.

Then don't post an NFL scouting report to bolster your point if you don't want it to be thrown back in your face. These things work both ways, sweetie.
I still have no idea what the point of this thread is.

Wth...
Alex is well rounded and has very few real weaknesses. Most of those backs mentioned earlier never had to go from a great backup, to carrying the load. He has done it, and he has done it like a freakin warrior! He has picked up blitzing lbs giving BA time to throw; He has carried the rock 30 times in very physical conference games; He has shown that nfl.com might very well have known what they were talking about when they rated JWill and AC3 as the best RB tandem in America this year.
Better than Knile
Better than Talley
Better than Cobbs
Better than Smith
We'll never know if Felix or DJ could've been the feature back for an entire season, but we know Alex Ballsofbrass Collins can, and do it representing us well.
Btw, anyone out there who has this Xboxesque fascination with straight line speed, ask your daddy to make a fist and run your face into it for me please...twice.

I sat by him on the plane to Miami last year. He and an underclassman DB I didn't know. It was the day after the Texas Bowl and I was headed to the Orange Bowl. That guy has it together. Extremely courteous and all around great guy. My buddy and I begged him to come hang out with us and we'd get him a ticket to the game. We had a limo to take us to the stadium. He declined and said it sounded like a bunch a trouble in the making. I can respect that. And it was true. ?
That rings so true
