Even with many question marks on offense, my gut feeling is that we will gel and have a very formidable unit. With talent at RB, TE and WR, Enos should be able to find mismatches and exploit weaknesses in opposing defenses.

There has not been a single running back in 20 years at Arkansas that was healthy and redshirted and later turned into a standout. Running back rankings are typically more accurate than other positions (a guy can run or he can’t), and both Whaley and Hammonds were four-star recruits.
interesting stat
quote:
So, Allen throws a great deep ball? -Arkansas has a guy who can go and get it in Dominique Reed. He is one of the fastest players in the SEC. There is a chance we are all sleeping on Reed. Everyone thinks he's going to be pretty good, but despite his physical attributes nobody is predicting greatness. Few players across the country have the combined catch radius and blistering speed he has. He can force a bad angle on a hitch, use his long arms to create separation and then just glide past defenders on his way to the end zone. Not to get too dramatic, but Reed could blossom into the surprise player of the SEC this year.
Drew Morgan may have held that title last season. If we know anything about Morgan it is that he is going to do more than anyone expects, and he is not going to drop a pass on third down or in the end zone.
Jared Cornelius may be the best all-around receiver on the team, and if Keon Hatcher comes back from his foot injury and plays anywhere close to how he started 2015, it is not crazy to think he could be a late round draft pick. Hatcher has the tools, and he is capable of having a big season.
If that's not enough receiver weapons, senior Cody Hollister had a great spring and shifty redshirt freshman Deon Stewart brings another element to the table.
It isn't unreasonable to think Jeremy Sprinkle could put up first team All-SEC numbers at tight end, either. And while the Hogs haven't settled on a No. 2 TE, one or two players will almost certainly emerge from a pack of extremely well-regarded recruits.
it's insane how deep our WR group is

We probably have at least 4 or 5 WRs that would be the number one target back in the Nutt years.

I'm glad that we finally have a deep and reliable WR corps.
Looks like they're planning to keep it that way w/ all the WR in this recruiting class.

Bielema just said Derrick Graham (and Sykes) is looking at transfer options and Beanum isn't with the team right now

Beanum has been out since Spring win whatever this issue is. It must be serious to keep going on. Hopefully it's not a life altering issue.

People roasted me for saying in spring of 15 that Beanum would be the next hog arrested after I saw him acting like a dumbass w/ JWill.
I hate to see Graham leave so soon. Just a complete waste of time all around there.

DWI, guess he may be a drunk.

Alcoholism is no joke. Especially if it's having that detrimental of an effect at his age. That could seriously frick up his life long-term.

Is his PR guy/Hype man PJ going with him?
I feel like the Florida experiment has pretty well failed here.

I mean shite, if Beanum has been off the team since Spring, and Bell is a TE, then there should be plenty of opportunity for him to get P/T.
Of course Agim is gonna push him a rung down but that's gonna happen to anybody. Agim is a crazy athletic talent.
It seems the guy didn't even give it a fair chance after he was proven to be too slow to play OLB and keep up in coverage.

He played some in the spring game and just looked lost. I think it was pretty evident that this level of play wasn't for him.

Then that begs to ask the question, should we be attempting to land small school freak athletes from Florida?
If Graham couldn't grasp it, Pulley had and may still have problems grasping the defense, if the safety Deon whateverislastnameis has issues getting the defense down and reacting and playing with speed, then maybe we need to just focus on players at the big time schools that play in the higher classifications.
These players could simply be relying on their talent and athleticism to make plays against lesser competition.
Identify the best high school programs based on coaching and mental preparedness and tap into those exclusively.

Not arguing any of that, but I don't have sympathy for him either. Maybe he can stop before he does turn into an alcoholic.
Also, I was just speculating that he might be a drunkard, I have no idea why he isn't with the team.
Edit: I remember him saying some BS on twitter a while back, and just now went back to revisit. Looks like he's getting caught up in the SJW crap of BLM/Anti-cop rhetoric. Same as Cordale Boyd did, and he gone too.
Being and acting like a militant black man is no different than acting like a militant white man. You ain't going far.

Bielema expects Beanum to be ready to practice when school starts and he could be added to the roster quicker if an injury comes up and he is cleared to go. The Arkansas coach has noted that Beanum is dealing with some issues, but has done nothing wrong. “It's kind of an evolution as well, but again, it's nothing negative,” Bielema said. “There's no shenanigans involved. As coaches, we deeply love and care about him. “Unfortunately he's got a little scenario that he has to deal with on a daily basis. It's something that's never gonna probably truly ever go away, but it's something that I think he's tried to handle the best he can. We just want to give him the support to do it.”
