Let's not act like we had a new OC and an Oline coach that didn't have players ready to play. Also we had to play Toledo in tDump

It's not that they don't see the field, but the fact that they see the field too much. Loewen and Richardson played so many snaps they might as well have been starters. That's a problem.

WE HAVE 65 PLAYERS CURRENTLY ON SCHOLARSHIP.
65+20= FULL 85 man roster
You can't just sign 25 players for the hell of it when we had a small senior class and little attrition.

He has yet to do it in four years. He himself stated he hoped to sign 25. He was going to take Putu so your numbers don't work anyway.

Actually they do work. Taking Putu or anyone above the current number means that someone on the team would be pushed out or transfer on their own accord.

indeed and it was probably expected. It is likely one of the QBs transfer and a few others (maybe some academic casualties). This would put us below the 85. Maybe Randy Ramsey gets his schollie back and we have better luck with grad transfers.

I think it's a little cheesy too but every team does something like that.

We signed 23 in 2013
We signed 24 in 2014 + Josh Williams late when found eligible to play D1 = 25
We signed 24 in 2015 + Ricky Town transfer = 25
We had 11 seniors in this years senior class with Keon getting hurt and returning.
That is abnormally small because it was Petrino's 2012 class as seniors that had major attrition similar to the 2011 class. LINK
We have 18 seniors next year and would've had 21 if not for Hunter, Denver and Alex leaving early.
