That is where Yeldon will have extra value. He's a good pass protector and when he does catch the ball, he is good in space out of the backfield.

I think with the right team he'll be a solid NFL back. Probably definitely needs to be a team running some zone blocking though.

It'd be nice to have him back, but I have to wonder if that'll create too much clutter. Yeldon and Henry would continue to get the ball, so what about Drake? He was getting it, but not a whole lot when he got hurt. He needs more touches imo. Then Jones and Tenpenny could transfer, and if Henry decided to make the jump, we'd be hurting at RB. That is why it may benefit us in the long run if he declares.

I thought so until he got hurt. No way he goes pro after that, his stock isn't high enough.

I didn't, my point was we'd only have Bo under the scenario I described. Of course we'd bring in Flowers and maybe Harris.

Well I'd certainly hope we'd bring in more than 2 RBs in 3 recruiting classes...

What running backs are looking to get this recruiting cycle?

DeSherrius Flowers and Bo Scarbrough are coming in in January.

They are trying to finish it out with Damien Harris, which has looked like more of a possibility recently.

Johnny Frasier is a small likelihood since Jacques Patrick committed to FSU.

He's playing like a UFA this year. Not sung he's playing terrible, but it's certainly not been great.

Oh, no doubt. I'm just saying he hasn't done much to distinguish himself from the pack of RBs coming out this year. He's just a middle of the road kind of back this year as opposed to a force of nature -- like we kind of expect at Alabama to be honest.

I guess I just don't see what he can do to improve his draft stock. He has shown everything in his arsenal, and it is more of physical limitations and the lack of value the NFL places on RBs that are keeping him from being a top 2 rounder rather than a lack of skills. I think he is gone after this year.

I don't think he will be a high draft pick but I also don't know if he will move up by staying another year.
