What he did is still not legal now. Coaches can not provide the money. Yes, they can receive money now, but not from coaches is my understanding. Am I misinformed?

You’ll never convince me Fulmer didn’t set him up with backing from the Haslams. They saw it wasn’t working with him as HC and didn’t want him on our sidelines.

Just popping into this thread to comment on Fulmer.
Think about it…this dude probably wakes up in the middle of the night routinely swinging fists in a fit of rage at what has transpired with Bama and his beloved Vols.
He hates Alabama. He tried to kill our football program. Helped in putting us on probation and we were at our lowest while Tennessee was still riding pretty high.
If you could tell Fulmer the future back then he would call you a lunatic.
Alabama would go on to produce the greatest running dynasty known to CFB while Tenn would become a laughing stock. Lost 15 in a row to Bama and 16 of the last 17.
