Taking my son to his first game. It was the 2003 Bama vs Arkansas game. I remember walking through the tunnel out to the field and my son saying "Wow!".
Kickoff was delayed a bit over an hour due to a thunderstorm. We couldn't get back in the tunnels because it was too full. So we set in our seats with ponchos on through the downpour. We got soaked down to our underwear. I kept asking my son if he wanted to leave and go dry off. He wouldn't hear of it. Then Bama lost in double overtime to Arky.
As we walked back to the car I could see my son shivering a bit due to being so wet. I asked if he was okay. He said "I had the best time of my life, dad".

Has to be when I was younger. These later years have been great, but I've got to go with
1992 Bama over Miami.
Close second: 1990 snapping the 4 game skid to Auburn. There was a wreck on the interstate on the way back to T-town from Legion field. The frozen interstate basically turned into a party. I was a freshman.

bit off topic, does anyone remember the greatest tie of all time?
Third Saturday in October.... 1993 or 94 I think. (See it's been that long)
David Palmer, the original wildcat, around the end for the 2-pt conversion.

Speaking of Palmer, my favorite moment as a Bama fan is a long forgotten--if it was ever even noticed--game on October 12, 1991 when my grandfather took me to my first Alabama game.
I was already an Alabama fan, watching every game or listening to Eli on the radio. I was ecstatic to attend a game in person. Early fall, Bryant Denny Stadium, afternoon kickoff, it was a perfect day.
We won the toss and deferred to the second half as was Stallings style. Tulane punts after a quick 3 and out...\
David Palmer took it to the house.
We went on to win 60-something to nothing which, even though it was Tulane, was unheard of for us at that time.
I was hooked for life .

2009 SEC Championship game where Gmac laid a block on a run play. Or when he hopped on one leg for a first down.

I was in that end zone too. Was great when it happened, but the quietest crowd ever walking out.

My favorite moment away from the field was right before Stallings retired. I think he had already announced his retirement, but hadn't actually retired yet. My dad managed to set up a meeting in Gene's office. I think I was 9. The two of us were able sit with him and just talk for about 30 minutes to an hour. Can't quite remember how long. Was one of the nicest men I've ever met. Gave me a hat from his closet and signed some posters before we left.
Remember him asking me things like what were my favorite Bama games. Got to meet his son while waiting to go in his office.

Too many...
Sept 30, 1972 Bama 48 Vandy 21. My first Bama game my Dad ever took me to in BDS.
Back to back NC's in 78 and 79.
The Goal Line Stand- That team had more guts than any I've ever seen
Owning Auburns arse in the decade of the 70's growing up. They didn't talk much shite then.
The Kick- I was watching at my girlfriend's house and they had all walked outside and left me in front of the TV after Auburn's "winning" score. They thought I had lost my mind when I ran out screaming "WE WON!"
The Kick 2- frick Fat Phil!
1993 Sugar Bowl- I feared this game. I thought we would get embarrassed. Never, ever doubt the pluck and grit. Lesson learned.
1999 SEC champs-Shaun Alexander and Chris Samuels shouldering a team without a leader and carrying them to a championship.
2007 vs Arkansas- First game I saw in person under Saban. I could tell from the way they played, we were about to be great again. Came away as excited as a kid at Xmas.
2009 SEC championship game- Made the Gators cry like a bunch of little bitches. Watched it in person.
2011 and 2012- Got the privilege of a lifetime: watching back to back BCSNC game stompings in person with my oldest daughter. Precious memories.
2015- vs Clemson. Saw a team that wouldn't be denied beat a team that wouldn't quit. That was two great teams that night.
Still going...

I think that was 1998. The last game in Legion Field for the Iron Bowl. I was there for that and no real lasting impressions from that game. I just remember it being a real shite hole and wondering why in the hell would Bama play games there.
