It doesn't have to be football related, but what one moment makes you the most happy to be an Alabama fan?

Me? The TJ Yeldon screen pass for a TD against L5U back in 2012. My wife wanted to go out and I was being a stubborn bastard because the game was on. Odell Beckham Jr. catches a pass near our 25 yard line and I say "frick it. It's over. Let's go out."

The bar was maybe a 3 minute drive from my house (Caledonia, MS, to Highway 45 in Columbus,MS) and when we got there the game was on the big screen.

Unbeknownst to me the L5U kicker had missed a 45 yard FG attempt and we had the ball back.

As some of you know Columbus is a huge Alabama town so I got to watch the improbable comeback with fellow Bama fans, who were complete fricking strangers, and it was awesome.

I hugged many grown arse men I didn't know after the Yeldon TD. It was surreal.

Langham interception in the first SEC Championship Game at Legion Field with my Old Man. Seat cushions were being sold before and during the game. Watching those fly and sugar cubes raining down was surreal.

The Goal Line Stand

On some days my old arse doesn't want to go to the gym, I'll Youtube it just to get fired up.

This one play was the metaphor for what Alabama did to the Miami dynasty that night.

Here's to you Mr. Teague.

Too close to call:

The Kick
The Goal Line Stand
The Onside Kick
The Kickoff Return
The Deflection
The Screen Pass
The Pick
The Rundown
Wrong Way Bo
The Beatdown (of Notre Dame) (partial payback for back-to-back bowl losses in the 70's)

Getting my picture taken with Bear as a young whipper snapper by the goalpost at Legion Field back in the early 70's, and every game I attended with my father.

I'd say going to the natty to watch Alabama beat L5U and Notre Dame, but my favorite was celebrating on the strip as a student after beating Clemson. So awesome.

There are several moments seared into my memory!

The 1978 Nebraska game at Legion Field. My very first Bama game. The artificial turf glowed under the lights. Then there was The Bear! MY ONLY TIME SEEING HIM LIVE AND IN COLOR. Can't forget those Neb cheerleaders either, was 33 rows straight up from them lol.

Any memory of Musso or Major running the ball.
Mike Shula Al Bell pitch n catch against Ga.
Any game with DT in it is a special memory, even osu.
The Magical '92 season.
Jay Barker lighting up GA, like he said he could.
Thomas Rayams blocked kick at Penn St, holds a special place for me.
Shaun Alexander destroying LSU was simply beautiful.
I was at the '05 FL game with my brother, very special.
Then there's the 10 years with The Sabanmeister!
What Saban has done is beyond my expectations, and I expected great things when he was hired.

Then there's Bama Gymnastics!
Bama Softball!

But the thing that stands out the most.
Bama athletes and people statewide responding to the tornadoes like Champions!

Crushing the enemy. Seeing them driven before the world on Sports Center. Hearing the lamentations of their women.

When that drunk girl planted a wet kiss on Saban's cheek at the airport, then she later got arrested for DUI.

2009 championship win over Texas. Was planning to watch the game at my Dad's with a bunch of family, but it ended up snowing so I couldn't go. My wife was at a wedding so it was just me, the TV, and my emotions. It had been a long 17 years.

Tried to make a Bama baby later that night

Awesome moment...Shula to Bell, particularly in '85, was one of the more underrated QB-WR connections in Bama history. I remember that UGA game well...actually, it was a pretty boring game before the last couple of minutes...thought we had lost it after the blocked punt...

Also remember Bell's role in the Iron Bowl that year. Bell's 20-yard run on a reverse on 4th and short kept the drive alive that ended in "The Kick"...

Championship game against Texas. Was my senior year at UA and sat in the student section. Went to ever game that year. Was my first time going to California and kickstarted my love of the west coast. Flew out there with my dad and sister.

Championship game against Texas here as well. It was my senior year in high school and I was on my way to Alabama the next fall. Went out there with my Mom who was in college in the late 70s during some pretty good times for the Crimson Tide. It was something truly special to go out there and beat one of the great powers of college football in the Rose Bowl. Obviously at the time nobody knew what would happen over the next 7 years.

First Alabama game I ever attended.
Legion Field (Birmingham)
Alabama 16 vs L5U 7

No single moment but just the entire atmosphere - heady stuff to a 5 year old kid sitting 3 rows from the top on about the south east 30 yard line. Been hooked ever since.

Second best moment...14 years later knowing my dad was in those same stands watching the same teams because I gave him my family passes.
