Assuming you have a CPA, have they talked with you about the Coronavirus help stuff regarding payroll?

Working every angle we can including the CPA efforts. The "stimulus plan" would have helped a lot but money from the government is too slow coming and the tags they are trying to put on it would make it even worse long term.

NOLA is attempting to make us close down completely but our people want to keep working as much as they can. Our last billable shipment goes out on Thursday.

I just need to hold out long enough for my customers to start needing us again. Oil field work is my biggest customer base. Double hit there between the Saudi / Russian oil fight and Covid-19.

Kudos to Doug Jones for crossing the aisle and voting to move the relief bill to the floor. Meanwhile Schumer and Pelosi are holding it up for air emissions and bullshite like that.

As old as these presidential candidates are they better get to some deep isolation and in a hurry. These guys could be in serious trouble with the common flu. I've just never seen a POTUS election that has the 3 main candidates pushing 80. Biden looks like he's struggling to enunciate through a simple sentence and he's the youngster at 77. Trump pushing 74 is the teenager of the group. Strange times indeed.

Feel your pain brother! Between wife's coffee shops and boutique on the emerald coast there will be 40 people with no paychecks. Drilling rigs in West Texas are laying down fast! Wife did apply for sba loan help but you should see the internet quagmire it takes to just apply. Yet Dems want to play politics in a crisis!

Yep. Biden has made several mistakes that has people questioning his ability to be President . Conspiracy theorists believe he has dementia or some other issue they are covering up

Take this with a grain of salt, but CNN is reporting the gubmint checks might not be available until May. They are basing this off the timing of the 2008 stimulus checks, FWIW.

However, 88% of the country filed electronically in 2018 so that could speed up the process seeing as the IRS has everyone's direct deposit information already. They mentioned it took 3 weeks to pay people back in '08 who filed electronically and 10 weeks to send out paper checks.

Oh yeah, they also mention that if you have filed a 2019 return THAT WILL BE USED to determine your income, not your 2018 return.

I read that, too. Seems... inequitable.

If your 2019 was worse than your 2018, hurry up and file. If your 20199 was better, just sit on it.

Yep, in which case, you're stuck. Not sure why they didn't leave it at 2018 (assuming CNN is accurate here).

His biggest mistake will be his incessant criticism of almost everything Trump has done during this pandemic. I don't think that Biden has a chance. I'm not Republican or Democrat, but I am a black conservative that lives in CA, so I'm surrounded by morons that love him and Bernie's nonsense and question why I don't support their party.

Biden has a better shot at Trump than Hillary ever did. Trump literally won off 77K votes spread between PA, WI & MI. Razor thin. I typically lean right of center but this election (as of now) is a huge toss up.
