Too tough to name just one, so I'll do a Top 5 ranking.

1. Blackout game in 08 - This is the game that I think defined what Bama was going to be under Saban.

2. Notre Dame beatdown - Everyone knew it was coming, but it was still fun to watch.

3. 09 SEC Championship Game - Probably the most nervous I've been before a Bama game in a LONG time. Watching us dominate a really talented UF team was fun.

4. 13 LSU game - Most fun I've had at BDS since the 94 UGA game. Not sure it'd make my list had I just watched it on TV, but there was an energy in the stadium I hadn't seen in years.

5. 1/9/12 - Most dominating defensive performance I've ever seen in college football. Yeah, Jordan Jefferson sucked that night, but most of that was due to the Bama defense.

Probably a generational thing. I think that for most people my age...i.e. watched the 24-23 Sugar Bowl loss to ND...any other game is a distant second to the raping of Notre Dame.

Yeah, the '73 Sugar Bowl tore my heart out...I was 11 and that game gave me nightmares. That '73 Bama team would've probably been regarded as one of the greatest of all time if they could've won that one...and it didnt' help that the very next year, ND kept us from another championship with another heartbreaking loss in the Orange Bowl, 13-11...so yes, that beatdown of ND was very therapeutic for us oldtimers...

The Texas BCS game would also rate highly for me...that was Bama's first and only win against the Horns...and we had a couple of heart-breaking losses to them in bowl games over the years...

My top 10 under Saban:
1. Notre Dame, 2013 BCS CG
2. Georgia, 2012 SEC CG
3. Florida, 2009 SEC CG
4. Texas, 2010 BCS CG
5. Auburn, 2009 Iron Bowl
6. LSU, 2012 BCS CG
7. LSU, 2012
8. Tennessee, 2009
9. Georgia, 2008
10. Auburn, 2012

I loved the sweet tears front 1/9 / 21-0, but the 2009 SECCG beat down of the “ unbeatable ” Gators & Tebow changed Bama in the eyes of the nation from a contender, into CRIMSON CRAZY CHAMPS

Agree. This is definitely my #1.

Funny thing is, even though we were underdogs, I don't know a single Bama fan who didn't think we would win. I had a good feeling we were going to wreck them. It's like we all knew what we had, but that night finally convinced the rest of the nation.

2008 Blackout. That weekend will always be my favorite of college.

After Clemson, it was understood we were a good team. After that, it was understood how bad arse we were going to be for years to come. Hard to believe that was six years ago.
