I hear ya brother. It is now the morning after and I'm still upset. Not quite the level I was at last night. I put on a quality melt for the good people of TD. It's just silly that we lost the way we did. Seriously 105 yard missed fg return? Are you fricking kidding? There has never been a team that has broken my heart like this. I'm in a glass case of emotion.

Just thought I'd pop in to send my condolences. I know how y'all feel all too well. If you need any reminders on how to deal with disappointment, I can help. At least Bama has the benefit of unreal recent success.

Good luck in the bowl game.

No meltdown for me brother. This one is on the coaching, should have kicked the FG to go up by two scores. Cade is not the only player to miss an assignment one of the biggest ones was Coopers drop in the end zone

You bitches need to shut the frick up before you run Saban into retirement with your whiny arses. Bama isn't going to win every game. Because it just doesnt happen.....I'll take 12-1 any day just about.

No meltdown from me. Some times another team beats you. It happens.

Underrated point. Doesn't matter how you would have finished this sentence.

Ivory wasn't the NG we needed

From what I saw he didn't play NG at all in the game. We played more of a 4-2-5 all game and it seemed like Ivory was useless not playing his normal NG role.

We did play alot of 4-2-5. Coach Gus had a great game plan for the 4-2-5 he knew we would play. CJ did not make as many plays as most thought he should but that was the game pln for Gus. They took CJ out of the game by reading him on the read option, whatever he took they went to the other option. When #35 was at FB/HB for Auburn, he was the lead blocker on DePriest or to seal the edge. That put the run support game in the hands of LC coming up from safety. LC tends to try to jump plays for the big hit on the corner rather than leverage inside-out like he is supposed to do. When LC overstepped to the sideline, Auburns QB would turn it up behind the seal on the edge.

TX A&M showed Auburn how to take CJ out of the play by making him the read. VS was not there to fill behind him and Auburn capitalized on the flaw in our defense (the one that shows up when players go for the kill rather than just doing their job. Late in the game the third option came into play when Cyrus at CB left his man to try to make a play that was not his to make. Result, touchdown pass over his head.

The whole game came down to Alabama players trying to do someone elses job rather than theirs or making concentration errors. If they all play assignment defense then Alabama wins by 17 point (maybe more).
