When was the last time anyone watched Alabama, and actually thought man this team is fun to watch?

Last year when we put up over 100 on ULL in Avery's third or fourth game I thought at least we'd be entertaining.

Dazon was in a car wreck today but he's ok. The guy has had the worst luck since he got to Bama

Auburn put up 100 on ULL year 1. After going some 25-40 over the first two years, we are finally seeing it put together.
People act like you can march a lineup of mostly FR/SO out there and be elite like UK/Duke. Well most teams don't recruit multiple top 10 players

Nah - I'd be content with not pooping our pants against a NIT-level Texas team up 12 with 15 minutes to play.

They may be NIT level, but they have NCAAT talent in a home game with I assume a large crowd.

Bad thing is, Auburn got Pearl a year before we got Avery, so they'll likely become really good a year before us, and it looks like it could be this year. They're getting Wiley on Dec 12th too so they'll only get better. Good thing is, our year to reach that level or higher is next year with all these recruits that we're bringing in plus Giddens.

I'm not expecting us to be elite. I just want a decent offense. We have enough talent on the team that we shouldn't go on 5 to 8 minute droughts like we do seemingly every game.

I don't understand how a team full of scholarship players can't shoot at all when wide open.

It's CBB. You can honestly have a bad season OOC and then turn it on in conference. I remember a year under Grant we had a similar record OOC against worse competition then we won the SEC West in conference I think and almost made the tournament.

But we didn't make the tourney, that's why I'm saying the clemson game will determine our season. We need a quality win and Clemson has an RPI of like 36. It would give us a little momentum going into conference play

Contemplating whether to watch the game vs Oregon or not. I've seen worse before, so I guess I will.

That's basically a guaranteed loss. I've had my heart broken my Bama basketball more than I've had joy from it so I'll watch anyways. I'll hope for the best and expect the worst.

Given the reliance on FR/SO, next year could be more frustrating a la '15 LSU. Talent to beat anybody, youth to lose any game.
If you can keep Petty/Sexton around + get Ingram/Key to develop, ya'll are two years away from a scary good team
