Said it for awhile, our max offensive output is around 35 points. We've scored at around 30 each game because we stop drives when we're up big and leave points on the board.

The good news is, if nothing else is considered, it literally takes a miracle to score more than 35 on our defense most times. And although I think Oklahoma and Clemson have the ability to get close, I feel it just won't be enough.

Yep. We can't leave points on the field.

Of course I'm a big believer that the timing of points is huge. We score on that opening drive against AU, I have no doubt that game turns out differently. Scoring before the half and/or on the opening possession of the third quarter is huge in any game. We can't slop around for 2-3 quarters and expect a team that just had a 22 play championship drive to fade away in the 4th quarter.
