For the entire game Alabama had only two drives last longer than two minutes and only one that surpassed three minutes.

No more shocking than Time of Possession which goes hand in hand with what you are saying. Clemson 34:44 Alabama 26:16. That gap is the size of the Grand Canyon in football and will get you beat 99% of the time. That is how inept our offense was and how gassed our defense was. Ten minutes of separation.

That's a huge reason why our defense had collapsed at the end, they were on the field the whole the entire game.
Our offense could not sustain drives. We couldn't get first downs. All our scores came on big plays.
As you pointed out, we didn't really have 1 sustained drive the entire game, it was all three and outs or the occasional first down, then punt.
