I feel like things have evened out somewhat across the country in terms of talent-level, speed, recruiting at the nation's top programs, regardless of what conference they're in.

Thing is, Michigan State still doesn't recruit on the level of a major program. They are usually ranked in the lower teens nationally, and the difference between top 5 and top 20 is a surprisingly large gap.

They develop really well though.

They are Wisconsin with a few better players.

He would run right by two defenders, touch neither of them, and both guys would put a hit on the ball carrier.

I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who saw this. Dude looked in for defenders, they were all behind him and just kept running. Completely missed the LBs.

Damn, I guessed I missed that. I thought he did well blocking late in the game when Henry followed him.

It was pretty bad. I laughed during the game. Nysewander literally skipped the second level and looked so unsure of himself.

Saban went off.

Good point. MSU didn't get here by accident.

They got there by the 2nd most absurd play in college this year. (Arky over Ole Miss 4 AND 25 IS NUMBER 1 IMO)

Yeah, if he blocks one of those guys, we may score on the first play of the second half.

The usual fan dribble but the guy that listed the Quarterbacks. He's really out in left field. Chad Kelly and Dak Prescott are as good as any QB's in America and both will be playing in the NFL. There might be some good QB's on his list too but not every starter they faced is going to play at the next level. Their passing defense is ranked 92nd in the country. NINETH SECOND. Michigan saw most of the same QB's and their passing defense is ranked third, THIRD. So if every QB they faced looked that good they may be looking in the wrong place.

The only similarly bad passing D Coker has seen is Arkansas and he torched them for 262 yards and threw for 72 %. Coker is by no means NFL ready but against a bad passing D he can look it.

Cook drops dimes left and right. Freshed legged RB (LJ) breaks through a worn out D in the 4th with AUTHORITATIVE runs. Front seven does what it does vs bama O.

Worn out... hahahahaha dumbass. When has our Dline been tired this year.

I know this is just a fan, but if the team thinks like that it will be a 2011 repeat

What he doesn't know is we literally have 3 sets of DL that can play. They aren't HUNH so we will be subbing alot! Stupid comment honestly and shows he knows nothing about how we operate.

If he makes that block on the defender (the one who forced AD out of bounds) AD picks up at least 10 more yards....if not more.

Can't see the safety but looks like he would be gone for a TD

Every team that plays Bama wants to believe they are good enough to win. We are the measuring stick for college football. They were good enough to make the playoffs so they have a chance. But if they think they will wear down our front 7 then they have a rude awakening coming.

Hypothetically...let's say the game goes into 15 overtimes. We might get tired then.

Over-rated. He won't get over 100 yards. Combine that with a poor passing game and it is going to be a long day for Bama. They just don't have the diverse talent on offense to hang with MSU.
