I am a high school coach and I see why it takes awhile for some of these 5 stars to get on the field ! Damn . Lot of stuff covered there . Lol

I printed it out years ago (tons and tons of pages). I would read a little bit here and there over course of a few weeks. It's impressive. You can see they still use a lot of hand signals and color communication to indicate formation changes based on motion. I'm sure other things are similar/the same, but those were the easiest ones to see when watching the games.
