Punt Returns
Minkah. He was taking reps last week.

It’s a move they should’ve made at the beginning of the year. It just makes sense.

Of course if he fumbles or gets injured, I reserve the right to retract this statement.....

I'm having flashbacks of losing Eddie last year, except losing Minkah could be even worse than that.

Should throw Minkah back there. Outside of Maze, Alabama's best punt returners under Saban have been dbs.

Speaking of Maze, that's an example of a guy who got hurt returning punts.

shite, put him back there. You think anyone said man... we shouldn't let Deion Sanders or Charles Woodson return kicks cause they might get hurt? No one worried about Arenas.

Exactly. Minkah is just as likely to get hurt returning a pick as he is a punt. Maybe we should call fair catch on interceptions too.

I hope it's not Fitzi. It's not worth the risk IMO. Out of all of these 4 and 5 star players there has to be someone we can find to excel back there.

Yep. National championship game against LSU. He either pulled or tore his hamstring on a long punt return very early in the game ... first quarter, I think.

It was painful to watch him cry. He was gonna plow over that cocky Brad Wing too :,(
