Kadyn Proctor officially in the portal with a “do not contact” tag.

I'm personally putting in a CB for Proctor to Bama. Just a feeling I have

Awfully quiet out there so far

I feel like the SEC intraconference ban is tempering things a bit right now. Shocked it wasn't challenged before the portal reopened.

Also, a bunch of teams around the country haven't played their Spring game yet.

I could see some interior DL leaving. We’ve got a lot of bodies there. Hope none of James Smith, Ed Hill or Jordan Renaud leave. Smith and Hill impressed me during ADay - super disruptive. Hunter Osborne is also a player.

And I hope Richard Young sticks around. That dude is a tank.

I agree, he seems like a great back to put in in the 4th quarter to grind teams into powder after the Jam and Justice show.

or simply for depth in case of injuries. He got plenty of action in the a-day game, so he should be feeling pretty good.

You shouldn’t even have to enter the transfer portal if you’re a walk on kicker. Just show up at whatever the next spot is and blend in

The kicker who is being sued for a “hit and run”.

Haynes, Miller, Young could be the new Ingram, Richardson, Lacy.

Young is running third but like Lacy, a thoroughbred from day 1.

I understand some kids genuinely do need a new start or are homesick but I get the sense a lot of these kids (former 2-3 star recruits/guys who aren’t starters) are getting some TERRIBLE “advice” from family, “friends” of the family or handlers to leave.

I’d love to know how many scholarship players that enter portal end up with nothing and out in the cold. I’d bet it’s in the hundreds every year.

Veteran player. I feel bad for him being stuck in that 1950's offense his whole career.

The SEC isn’t shooting itself in the foot. Pretty sure all the members are on the same page in regards to it

As for the portal and kids being unable to find a home, it’s a good chunk of guys. Two years ago 50% coulda’t find a new roster, it’s probably worse now with more entries

After watching Allar's "highlights" from their Spring game, it's clear to see why he's transferring:

2 full minutes of Drew Allar “highlights” from the Penn State spring game on Saturday. Warning. This is tough to watch. (Twitter Video)

That's rough. Dont know that wr is a pressingb need but if we have room then why not get another proven option?

If Simpson is staying, I think it means he feels pretty good about his chances to eventually be the starter this season.

...or it means he knows at worst he is the unquestionable starter when Milroe leaves after this upcoming season.

I know it's hard for some here to accept Milroe is the guy though

I think 2024 WR corp depends a lot on Hale's recovery plus Williams and Odom developing as true freshmen. I think getting a veteran WR makes a lot of sense.

Smith seemed especially disgusted by Roll Tide Willie's appearance at practice, so hopefully that doesn't push him away.
