Marlon gave up 200+ yards against Ole Miss, 100+ against Kentucky and Arkansas with numerous pass interferences sprinkled through those games.

If that doesn't define 'horrible' to you, then you need to be familiarizing yourself with a dictionary or learning more about the role of a CB in this sport.

Do you have some evidence of this without me having to watch all of those defensive possessions in full? If not, I am sorry, but I simply do not believe you.

eta:
okay, just to prove that you are full of shite, I went back and watched every defensive snap from the OM and Arkansas games.

I counted 135 yards that Marlon gave up. Obviously not a great game, and without a doubt his worst game in a Bama uniform, BUT certainly NOT 200+ yards given up by him in that game.

I counted 84 yards and a TD that he gave up in the Arkansas game with almost half of those yards coming on Arkansas's last drive when the score was 49-23. The TD was actually pretty damn good coverage, but it was a perfect throw and catch.

Also just looked at the stats for the Kentucky game, and their QB threw for 89 yards. Even if Humphrey gave up every one of those yards(which he obviously didn't) then you'd STILL be full of shite.

So you just pull stats out of your arse to prove your point? Not cool.

I trust my eyes over your hurried "game review". Even using your stats, I don't see how giving up that many yards in marquee SEC matches isn't horrible especially when you add in the pass interferences.

This isn't a freshman we're taking about. This is suppose to be an all-american, first round talent.

He needs to get better and be consistent, because at this point he is our third best CB; definitely not the best.

okay buddy, but will you just admit that you pull bogus stats out of your arse to support your argument? Because you definitely did that.

Bama still has its WTF game left to play for the season.

I'd bet a lot of money that the WTF game will come against LSU.

I made an estimation, it was never an exact... and I still don't trust those numbers you threw out there.

Will you admit that it is horrible for an all-american projected first round CB, to get so many yards and pass interferences on him in big conference matches?

No you won't. Even though you're definitely wrong about that.

If he doesn't have a serious change in his play and he comes out he won't be a first rounder and you would be the first one wondering why.

Let me help, first take off the crimson glasses.

You were way off in your estimation.

Of course you don't.

"Horrible" is hyperbole, but yeah, obviously he hasn't been outstanding, but like any reasonable person, I expect a sophomore in his first year being the number one cb to take some lumps. I think he'll be fine, and no I do not think he is having a horrible year.

Why the casty? I was right. Knight didn't beat us with his arm. He went 14 for 31 with 164 yards, 2 TD 1 int.
