I wouldn't. Our pitching staff suggests this club is capable of a post season run. The offense is putrid though. Give us a couple of .300 hitters and we'd be in a very different position right now.

A few thoughts on last night
- Will Haynie is on FIRE. I think he has 5 HR in 5 games. I have waited 3 years to see him hit like this. It's about time
- Daniel Cucjen(the guy who can't hit the ball off the tee ball stand supposedly) had a two rbi double.
- Walters was really good. I can almost just stop mentioning that we had great starting pitching. We get it every game.
- I don't know if we can keep this offense up(granted it has been against some not as good teams)but this is the team that can go somewhere in the postseason. When our pitching and hitting is on like this, we are very hard to beat.

Today is our fourth opportunity to get an SEC sweep. So far we are 0 for 3. This game is critical because it guarantees we are .500 in SEC play. That gets you in the NCAA tournament for all practical purposes. Let's get this sweep

What a game. Up 3-2 in the 8th and they hit a 2 run HR. Then in the top of the 9th we are down to our final strike and end up scoring 4 runs.

Can't say enough about the team this weekend. All around good play and finally won a game late. Hopefully the offense is coming around and getting us ready to make a run. That being said it is one weekend but it looks promising.

If we can beat Sanford and win the series against USCe, we would be 33-22. Kudos to you for getting close.
