Sorry, but if we are arguing after the guy his a home run that wins the game about them passing eachother on the basepaths............I mean damn we are sad.

I'm just sick of losing midweek games. I can handle being out talented in conference. We fell behind talent wise a long time ago, when we refused to join the facilities race. That's being corrected.
But being "out talented" by Samford or USA? UAB? Please. They're not always using weekend starters against us either. They have conference races to worry over as well.

We left 12 guys on base. At least half of those were in scoring position with less than 2 outs too.
I mean, that's just pathetic. Especially against a mid-majors mid week starters.
These guys need to grow a fvckin pair.

Agreed. No excuse for losing this many mid week games. I know these teams play hard against us but we should be able to overwhelm them in 9 innings. Even if they do have a good starter, we should get him out if the 6th or 7th inning and then hit the bullpen all over the park.

Daniel Cucjen was great last night. Hits a solo homerun and got the lead off single in the 9th and later scored. With Avant out we need him to keep this up.

Battle will just blame it on the poor attendance, WHICH HE CAUSED!!! I'm sure Gaspard will be happily retained and we'll settle for being a 3rd seed again in the playoffs.
