Hopefully get a reasonable (28 to 35 pt?) lead then rest/save the starters for the black bears next week. MTSU will probably score a few points against our non-starters. But am curious to see how long Coker will stay in the game, he needs game reps but so do our other QB(s.) Just hope for a win and no serious injuries.

I'm hopeful that we'll let the other QBs attempt to score as if they were still tied 0-0. Starters could be pulled after the half, hopefully the backups play hard.

Screw that. This offense is very inexperienced at the skill positions. I want the first team offense out there deep into the third quarter. Maybe give Henry and Drake a rest but Coker and the receivers should be out there getting as much reps as possible.

y'all know how this goes. we'll look good the 1st half of the 1st qtr then lose focus. most of the starters will proly play until the 4th qtr. backups come in and run right left and up the middle rest of the game. this script has been followed since sabans arrival, with a few exceptions.

hopefully this game is an exception. maybe bama can come out strong and bow this game up early and the coaches will sub early.
