As soon as I saw him pick up that blitz like that....MAN..I was happy. He picked it up perfectly because the guy was coming down the lane to his left and then popped outside and Henry picked him up and laid a nice pop on him.

I wonder if we didn't see too much of him this year because of his injury in the offseason. He didn't looked slowed down by it at all earlier in the year, but I am trying to come up with reasons for his lack of PT this year right now.

Vs V-Tech he couldn't pass protect, AJ told him to quit being a little bitch (more or less, and rightfully so, but I'm sure he didn't word it like I did) on National TV, and now here we are.
Can't play if you can't be trusted to protect the QB or catch passes. Same with WRs. Gotta block on run plays or you won't play.

Should have ran him against AU. It was becoming obvious on that third and fourth down that we had no intention of throwing the ball.

Watching Derrick run in person finally was amazing. Everytime he touched the ball you knew something special could happen. He and Drake should be the bell cows next year. Yeldon honestly looks like he just doesnt give a frick out there.
