Wasn't directed at you, specifically. Just seems like every player in every sport has become intials + number. Not sure why it bothers me.

Something's different with Yeldon this year. I don't know if it's the zone blocking or what but rather than hit the holes, he runs up to the line then tries to find the hole. He's been this way almost all year. That killed us on 4th and 1 in the IB and other games. Henry gets the ball on that play in the IB and Bama probably wins the game.

I think the most impressive thing was just the burst he has when gets into space. On the long pass reception he was surrounded and then all of sudden he was 10 yards in front of everyone.

That and how impossible it seems to bring him down.

He runs like Eddie Lacy, except he doesn't spin everywhere and he's faster. The burst is insane, but the speed he bursts to is surprising.

Yep, and he runs through arm tackles like the defender isnt even there.

Just an incredible combination of power and speed.

I've been wanting the guy in the game since the beginning of the season. I was a fan ever since that HS game on ESPN.....MAN I'm glad he's finally getting big time exposure. I said earlier in the year before the season started that he may be the most talented player Saban has recruited....COULD I BE CORRECT?

I admit that I was skeptical because of his size. But man was I wrong, and I am really glad that I was.

In the beginning of the season, he hadn't the slightest idea how to do blitz pickup. Last night I saw some improvement there. Can't wait to see him after a healthy offseason.

Some Oklahoma fans think the guy will win a Heisman before he's gone....I think if we have to rely heavily on the run...they could be right. NO I'm not saying the guy is going to win the Heisman next year but dammit it's not out of the realm of possibilities.

Imagine if he had more than 8 carries...

Hoping that the lack of experience at qb next year will cause Nuss to examine what we are good at (running the ball) and do it all the time. Heck I wouldn't mind seeing him get some wildcat snaps ala Ingram against USCe

How can he not see how good that kid is....why the frick would you give him just 9 carries? I'm still mindfricked over that. Nuss called an AWFUL game last night....

I'm not sure we needed to throw a single deep ball last night. Let's just man up, run right at them, and dare them to stop it. Instead Henry would have a crazy gain and we would go back to passing or taking Henry out and giving it to Yeldon. Once Yeldon fumbled, he should have been benched for good. Henry is healthy. He should be able to handle 25 carries in that game.

he had 450+ carries his senior year of HS...The guy has a lot of mileage already and he is more than capable of getting 25+ carries a game. If we don't see Henry starting next year then I will rage and Nuss will receiver a very angry email. The email will begin something like this...."ARE YOU frickING SERIOUS HOW frickING STUPID CAN YOU frickING BE...I MEAN LOOK AT THE DUDE...HE'S YOUR frickING MEAL TICKET AND YOUR PISSING IT AWAY".....something like that.

Another huge thing to notice about his game is the big blitz pick up he made on AJ's bomb to DeAndrew White.

I'm not sure how many times I typed run the ball Nuss in the game thread. That was one of the ugliest offensive game plans ever. If we ride Henry, we win the game. What's more, if we ride Henry in the Iron Bowl, we win handily.

They said his blocking finally clicked during bowl practices...I wonder how true that is...I bet the kid was ready for Auburn too....SIGH..WHAT COULD'VE BEEN.
