I'd actually be scared if someone in the SEC like Alabama or MSU hired Andy Cannizaro. I think he will make a great coach one day. He's so young (experience wise too) I don't think he'll make the HC leap to a major program though first. Wouldn't upset me to see him as coach in waiting for Mainieri to keep him around.

The new facilities, recruiting territory, and league will attract some good coaches when this era is finally over.

The question is does Battle have the balls to pull the trigger twice in 3 months? He whined like a titty baby about how hard the basketball hire was. Will he do the right but hard thing and fire Gaspard or will he give him a pass until next year?
