More yards on more attempts doesn't mean anything. Bama had more issues with Michigan's defense than they did with Clemson, and I mean those that aren't related to QB.
That's not factually correct.
In 2017 (against Clemson), Our defense was on the field for 35 minutes.
In 2024 (against Michigan in OT), Our defense was on the field for 27 minutes.
Bama led the TOP, last night.

Michigan just gave everyone the tape to beat him next year. Play a shallow Tampa 2, he can’t throw against a zone and it eliminates his sideline throws

not when there is a free rusher in his lap every play.

They had a similar number of dropbacks. That's obscured by Milroe taking six sacks, most of which were on him for holding the ball too long or running into the blitz.

The issues in the running game were largely a consequence of the quarterback. Michigan had one safety basically the entire game.

But we didn't really have an issue running the ball against Michigan.

We did until we took a few deep shots in the second and forced them out of jumping the line. Later in the game when it became clear we couldn't move the ball through the air they started to cheat up again.
Hurts struggled but it was because he rolled right way too often. Jalen struggles because he can't process well and operate a short/mid game. Hurts was a way better runner.

Y’all have seen our absolute ceiling with him at QB
What makes you think he can’t improve? He basically has the same stats as Jayden Daniels last season, and we all saw how much he improved this season. That said, if we have someone better then they should play.

I remember Jalen Hurts having some of the same issues his freshman year.

Milroe is a RS Soph.

I understand that, but it's first year to start.

Milroe would never see the field at either of these schools as a qb until mop up duty.

I'm no so sure. Give kiffin this team, this roster, this staff, and this quarterback, and he wins a national championship.

Who’s snapping the ball in this scenario of yours?

Kiffin would have a better option at QB.

Jayden Daniels' tape wasn't remotely similar to Milroes
Milroe has deficiencies that high schoolers don't
