Is Najee Harris firm on his comittment? Is he declining to take more visits to

other programs? I know that some other programs are still hard after him, which is certainly not surprising, and I wondered if he has commented about that. I don't keep up with recruiting like I used to.

ha. I didn't notice that, but I did observe that there are 3 threads in 2 days,including this one, so not sure it's so busy that another thread will clutter the board.

Not to mention the recruiting thread is 316 pages long. I don't have time to go through 316 pages of chatter to find one quick answer. I guess you could've asked them in there, but I don't blame you for starting a thread. People need to loosen up a little around here.

Thanks for posting this here instead of the recruiting thread. If you don't read it daily it's impossible to keep up with a thread several hundred pages long.

Or, you could just ask the question in there. Then you only have to look at one or two pages.

I love how this thread has like 7 replies and none of them are answering the question.
From everything I can find, he says he's firmly committed but he's being heavily recruited and has visited a few places after his commitment, most worryingly, Michigan. He plans to enroll early, so anyone hoping to get him will need to move fast.
TIFWIW an Ohio State website predicted a flip to Michigan a couple of weeks ago. Supposedly sources close to him say he's going to Bama, but who really knows?

Thanks, Goombaw, for the simple reply. Kind of disconcerting that he is taking visits, but I might would take free trips, too, if I were a kid. Hopefully he will remain steadfast with his commitment. Good (I hope) to hear he will be an early signee.

I've read where some national guy from 24/7 said , I'm paraphrasing here, it would take something short of a miracle to flip him from Bama.

Pvilleguru has always been this way. He ain't a cool guy by no means. But I'm sure he has a small circle of friends and they all have his back no matter what.

hmm. I'm slow on the uptake I guess, but it just today occurred to me that the last 2 Heisman trophy winning running backs played at Alabama. That's a pretty good selling point in this pass happy spread offense era.

Actually, I think most that commit do remain so. Many of them take their trips, and I can't really blame them for that.
