Allen isn't really rated high enough to jump to the NFL is he? Especially after an injury like that. Seems like he'd need one more year to move into the top 1/2 rounds.

IF JAD will be out for the CFP, Jaquez Robinson, Devonta Smith &/or Terrion Arnold will likely get prep/practice reps to backup Kool-Aid & Khyree Jackson. Next man up!

If JAD is out it was dumb as hell to let Jobe have his turf toe surgery until after the playoffs. Jobe isn’t great but he’s a better option than some kid who has never played a meaningful snap before.

Agreed. Saban made it sound like JAD had a minor hip injury and was day to day? Being down its top two corners is no bueno.

For transparency I have not heard JAD is out. I heard he was practicing, so I’m not sure if it’s nagging like Moore or just a rumor of him being out. I’ll check on it today.

Dumb as hell would be telling a player not to have a procedure the medical staff says he needs to have now instead of later. Any coach who does that should be dismissed on the spot.

Yeah - I think some students keep pushing when they are given the option, but the coaches bear the weight of criticism if they continue to play

JMO but Jobe is having his surgery now so he will be ready for the combine.
