Did you miss where I pointed out that he has elite speed, can kill teams on the edge and that I'm happy he plays for us?

Yeah, sure.

You can't have your man card back until you can break at least one tackle at the LOS at your size.

Let me flip the script, show me another back in the NFL or major college team that is over 6 feet and 230 lbs that is easy to tackle and can't pick up tough yards between the tackles?
I can name on one hand how many NFL RBs there have been that are 6'3, 240. Why are there so few? Because it is not an ideal size for a RB. Which proves my point.

I have no idea how much he works his lower body, but I do know by looking at him that he has "chicken legs" and a massive upper body. That tells me that genetically he can add muscle mass, he just isn't doing it in the right places. He doesn't have different genes in his upper and lower body.
You clearly don't understand genetics.
And I would say that it an obvious assumption to say that he works on his lower body a lot, being a running back, at Alabama, in Scott Cochran's workout program.

dont think it will matter. im expecting our run blocking to improve with the likes of bozeman, hill, jackson replacing leon brown and sheppard. those were some big but weak dudes, goign to be a physicality upgrade. maybe kelly will finally get on the antler spray and break 300 lbs.

These types of comments are in jest and meant to drive home a point in a humorous way. In no way are they a personal attack on the player. A personal attack on him would be to question his character, or integrity as a person. Commentary on his game on the field is not a personal attack, and is perfectly within the bounds of normal and expected fan behavior on a discussion board.

And my point is the ones who are in the 6'2 230 range are bruisers and tough runners. Regardless of how many there are, and I bet you I could find more than a hand full in the NCAA and NFL combined if I had the time to scour rosters. I will also bet you a steak dinner Henry does not measure 6'3 at the combine whenever he comes out. 6'2 maybe 6'2.5. It's not like he's a 6'7 RB.

I'd say the same thing about you. Do you know of any body builders who can build massive upper bodies but can't do anything with their lower bodies or visa versa? Yeah me neither. Genetically, you can either build muscle mass and retain it well or you can't. That doesn't change based on whether it's your upper or lower body.

I don't know any body builders.

I've always known this statement to be untrue, but maybe I am wrong.

Well, I don't either although I worked at a gym for 3 years and fancied myself an amateur body builder at the time. But surely you have seen body builders on TV or in men's health magazines...I can promise you none of them have massive upper/lower bodies and then skinny upper/lower bodies at the same time.

You probably know it to be untrue because most "normal" guys go to the gym and work out their "beach muscles" so they look good with their shirts off, and typically their legs aren't as developed because they don't spend nearly the same amount of time on them. I'm guessing this is at least in part, Henry's problem. It's not that he never does a leg workout, it's that he likely spend a disproportionately higher amount of time on his upper body as evidenced by his "top-heavy" build. Could be wrong, maybe he has some genetic mutation that allows him to be huge up top but not be able to add any mass to his lower body no matter how much he works his legs.

He has a specific role. That being said when he gets into space it is incredibl
Yep. The strange/unique thing about him is that he is a change of pace back that's the size of a DE. His ypc is a little misleading IMO because he would come in after Yeldon had softened up the D for 3 quarters and break a long run off tackle. At that point the D is a little tired and probably not expecting a back that big to be so fast resulting in bad pursuit angles. But you have to give Henry credit for excelling in that role.
I don't think he's ever going to be the real physical, tackle-breaking machine we'd like to see. It's just not in his DNA. That said, he can still be a good weapon for us (like Drake) if we use him correctly. Probably going to be bringing in Bo, Harris, or Tyren (even though he's the smallest RB) on those 3rd and 2's though.
