I'm not saying we have great traveling fans, I don't know. I do know that it's insanely expensive to go to all the big games at Alabama in a season. Insanely expensive.

LSU fans outnumbered us in 2012 but that was bound to happen since the game was in NOLA.

Notre Dame took over Miami but we still held our own in the stadium. Same with OSU. And Clemson complete outnumbered us both years. While I think our away fans are awesome, we really don't travel that well.

Sometimes I think we overestimate the size of our fanbase. Our increasing enrollment will eventually lead to a bigger base.

I thought the funniest thing in Tampa was going to the Innisfree/Gallettes tailgate thing at the Irish bar the night before the game and it was only like 60/40 Bama there. Clemson brought a massive amount of fans. Probably an extra 20-30k that didn't have tickets.

And I ended up partying with two LSU fans that had won free tickets/flight/hotel to the game. Random as hell.

We would have been about 4-5 sections away from each other most likely. I was in section 118. Pic from my seat on previous page. We should have coordinated an SEC Rant fan get together beforehand.

I felt like they had us 65/35. They definitely seemed louder in my opinion (though when Jalen scored I thought that was the craziest it had been all game)

I thought there were sprinkles of them in our sections, all them in theirs and they had 3/4 of the non-team seats.
